Our breakfast buffet offers everything your heart desires. The coffee tastes good and strong, and Assam, Darjeeling and green tea can also be brewed with the hot water from the samovar. There are crispy rolls fresh from the bakery, as well as hearty wholemeal bread and fluffy croissants. Soft-boiled eggs or scrambled eggs with crispy bacon are freshly prepared several times. Muesli fans will find different types and fresh organic yoghurt. Pineapples, oranges and melons lie in delicious portions on the fruit platter. Several types of sausage and cheese find their way onto your plate. The delicious jams delight those with a sweet tooth, herring salad and smoked salmon are something for lovers of down-to-earth pleasures. Different types of fruit juices provide important vitamins.
